What they need
This role carries out preventive maintenance of electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment as per schedule, working safely in the field and in shifts. It requires working knowledge of PLC, VFD, sensors, SCADA and the related automation systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
Take the required safety precautions while working in the field.
Be ready to work in shifts.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Knowledge and working experience on PLC, VFD, different types of sensors, limit switches, encoders, motors and SOV.
Knowledge of RFID readers, barcode scanners and HMI.
Understanding of wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical tools and their uses.
Knowledge and working experience on SCADA and process automation.
Knowledge of communication protocols used in automation systems.
Knowledge of safety precautions to be taken during field work.Role & responsibilities
