What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot electrical and drivability concerns using Ford diagnostic equipment
Handle maintenance and repairs on brakes, steering, suspension, engines, and HVAC
Work on gas, diesel, hybrid, and EV platforms
Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs
Complete repairs to Ford standards and keep accurate documentation
Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
ASE, Ford, or other manufacturer certifications a plus
Comfort with diagnostic equipment and electrical systems
A drive to keep learning and earning certifications
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license
