Technician (Product Test / Yield Development)

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual to join the Engineering Services team under the Product Development Group. You will have the opportunity to  work with various cross-functional teams supporting engineering activities for product test/yield development, characterization, samples generation & Reliability qualification execution. Also, provide first level of debug on rejects and support operational logistic. With rapidly growing product roadmap, your creativity and out of the box thinking can give a positive impact to process improvement initiatives in the above context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute evaluation for test program or product qualification activities.
• Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving equipment related issues
• Document test results and generate result and debug report timely.
• Liaise with manufacturing sites and planners to ensure flawless execution of Engineering Activities.
• Responsible submitting document to engineering lab for execution.
• Participate in process improvement projects and drive for efficiency and productivity improvement results.

The Desired Skills

• NITEC in Electrical / Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors.
• Understanding of semiconductor testing
• General understanding of manufacturing/operations
• Able to handle multiple task & changing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player, pro-active, self motivated, Independent, resourceful.
• Computer knowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft Office) and skills in report generation
• Flexible to work in staggered shifts as required by business needs
