Technician

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform Maintenance Civil Works (Painting, Plaster Ceiling, Door, Door Ironmongeries, Window, Tiles, Marbles and Etc)
• Review and understanding building plans and specifications to determine the layout for Civil and related materials
• Perform Preventive Plan Maintenance (PPM)
• Attend on all tenant complaints
• Settle schedule task on the daily
• Schedule work in cooperation with other party
• It is self-responsibility to ensure provide log book and record of daily work
• Complete Daily Task inside Servedeck
• Willing work in cooperation with other party
• Respond to emergency call when directed by company / IOI management.
• To carry out any other duties/task required by superior time to time.

Job Competence Profile:

• At least 1-2 year experience in retail mall / Commercial Building.
• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
• Customers services oriented and good personal skill.
• Must display professionalism and confidence.
• Strong organizational, multi-tusking and time management skills.
