TECHNICIAN

Location: Wexford, with travel to venues nationwide **Contract:**Full-time, on-site **Hours:**45 per week

THE ROLE

Maybe youveworked in PC repair. Maybe youve been fixing PlayStations and Xboxes for fun.Either way, if youre ready to build on what you know and take on a newchallenge, this could be the job for you.

Were lookingfor a hands-on, tech-savvy problem-solver to keep our arcade and casinomachines running. If you like tinkering, have a knack for electronics and enjoygetting a repair right, youll fit in here. Youll be central to ouroperations, keeping machines up and running and making sure customers have agreat experience.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Build, fix andmaintain: Install new machines and carry out electrical andmechanical repairs, from routine jobs to complex ones.
• Become theexpert: Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software faults on ourPC-based gaming systems.
• **Support the team:**Be the go-to tech person for floor staff and help them deal withcustomer-facing tech issues.
• Own yourworkshop: Manage spare parts and stock levels, and order what youneed to get the job done.
• Driveimprovement: Keep accurate service records, help train othertechnicians and look for ways to do things better.
• Travel whereyoure needed: Visit Coastline venues around Ireland to carry outinstallations, repairs and planned maintenance, and support local teams whenneeded.
• Stay safe: Followthe highest Health & Safety standards and promote them across the team.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

This role isbased in Wexford, but regular travel to our other venues aroundIreland is an essential part of the job. Your schedule will vary with businessneeds. That could mean responding to urgent breakdowns, installing new machinesor covering maintenance at other sites.

A full, cleandriving licence and your own vehicle are essential. Mileageand travel expenses are paid.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years of hands-on repair experience(PCs, laptops, phones, consoles or similar), or a relevant electronicsqualification
• Advanced soldering and component-replacementskills
• Proven experience finding faults and debuggingelectronics
• A strong awareness of safety at work
• A full, clean driving licence and your ownvehicle
• Willingness to travel to other Coastline venuesacross Ireland as needed
