What they need
ONSITE Interview
Location: Serangoon North
Salary: $2150 - $2,800/ month + shift allowance + OT + completion bonus
Working Hours: 8 hours per day(Mon-Fri, Alternate Sat)
Shift: Morning/Afternoon/Night
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test wire bonder machines
- Troubleshoot and rectify machine issues
- Prepare documentation for machine configuration/specifications
- Perform data entry into the central database
Requirements:
- Experience or basic knowledge in using hand-held tools
- Keen to learn and develop new technical skills
