Desired Skills and Experience:

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering with two (2) to four (4) years working experience
• Electronic troubleshooting equipment including multi-meters
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
• Computer hardware: Keyboards, mouse, scanners, touchscreens
• Computer software: Microsoft Office including Word and Excel

Essential Functions:

• Installs equipment into customer site as needed. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and reports
• Dismantles and packs the equipment
• Prepares the customer site to receive equipment
• Reconstructs equipment required by customer
• Accountable for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing ARxIUM equipment
• Performs testing, calibration, checking, correcting, adjusting and part component replacement services on ARxIUM products during install
• Implements design modifications and provide installation support for the modifications
• Performs start-up service as defined in specifications.
• Maintains service equipment, tools and documentation
• Make connections and required adjustments as directed; tests operation of all components of each system to properly establish service
• Test and release new machines
• Refurbish machines
• Stage installation equipment
• Refurbish sub-assemblies
• Crimp wire terminals
• Build and test cable assemblies
• Wire inputs and outputs from motor controls and sensors back to the PLC control panel
• Pneumatic hookup to solenoids and valves
• Ability to travel 60%
