Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, swimming pools, and attractions. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, pool maintenance, and attraction equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults in lighting, power systems, pumps, motors, plumbing fixtures, and related equipment.
• Maintain swimming pool equipment, including filtration systems, circulation pumps, and dosing systems.
• Test and monitor pool water quality and adjust chemical levels in accordance with approved procedures.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot attraction equipment, including mechanical components, electrical controls, and safety systems.
• Complete safety checks and report defects or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Follow safety procedures, use appropriate protective equipment, and isolate equipment before maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisors, specialist contractors, and equipment suppliers when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant vocational training in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a General Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Practical knowledge of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance.
• Pool technician knowledge, including pool filtration, water treatment, chemical handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Attraction technician knowledge, including inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of attraction equipment and safety systems.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and testing equipment and read basic technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Preferred

• Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Experience in water parks, amusement parks, leisure attractions, hotels, or similar facilities.
• Relevant certifications in pool operations, MEP maintenance, or attraction maintenance.
• Immediate availability.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
