What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance, engine repairs, electrical diagnostics, and complex mechanical repairs.
• Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify and resolve vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.
• Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to maximize shop efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair skills.
• Your own professional tools.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ford dealership experience, Ford certifications, and ASE certifications are a plus.
