Technician

What you’ll do:

负责 UPS 产品测试、测试平台搭建、UPS 及 PCBA 重工、试做流程跟进及文档处理。

1.负责 UPS温升测试、输入、输出性能测试及短路保护测试，准确记录测试数据并完成报告整理；
2.搭建测试平台，熟练操作 AC/DC 电源、功率表、电子负载、示波器等设备；
3.执行 UPS 整机及 PCBA 板的重工操作，熟悉UPS的基本电路架构，掌握电子元器件封装类型（如 SMT、DIP）及焊接工艺；
4.跟进新产品试做流程，包括发起试做行文、物料备料、试做样品管理与分配，协助工程师解决跟线问题；
5.高效处理流程性工作，精通 Office 办公软件（Word/Excel/PPT）；

Qualifications:

大专学历，电子工程、电力电子、自动化等相关专业优先。
2 年及以上UPS研发测试、重工或试做岗位经验，熟悉制造业技术流程。

掌握UPS基础测试，精通设备操作，熟悉基本电路架构与重工，了解试做流程，熟练用 Office。
具备跨部门沟通协作能力，擅长技术问题分析解决，工作严谨细致，且学习能力强。
