Technician (CNC/ Injection Molding)

Technician CNC
Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor CNC machines according to production requirements.
2. Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production.
3. Read and understand technical drawings and basic CNC programs.
4. Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting when required.
5. Conduct in-process inspection and ensure products meet specifications.
6. Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping.
7. Identify machine or production abnormalities and report to the supervisor.
8. Ensure all work is carried out according to company safety and quality requirements.
9. Maintain proper records of production and inspection results.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in CNC machine operation/technical work.
• Able to read basic technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
• Able to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and micrometer.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Technician Injection Moulding

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor injection moulding machines according to production requirements.
2. Set up machines and moulds for production.
3. Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and cycle time.
4. Perform mould changeover and ensure proper machine setup.
5. Monitor production quality and identify defects during the injection moulding process.
6. Troubleshoot basic machine, mould, and production problems.
7. Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of machines and moulds.
8. Ensure production is carried out according to quality, safety, and production requirements.
9. Maintain proper production and machine records.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in injection moulding.
• Knowledge of injection moulding machine operation and process parameters.
• Able to perform mould changeover and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of plastic materials and common injection moulding defects.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
