About the role
Technician Coordinator responsible for coordinating technicians and managing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes for GPS/IoT devices in the logistics industry.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Business Development team regarding installation, repair, removal, and relocation of GPS/IoT devices
- Search, manage, and coordinate technicians according to operational needs
- Ensure installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes run according to standards
- Create and update technical documentation and troubleshooting results
- Conduct performance analysis of GPS devices and provide improvement recommendations
- Coordinate with related teams for customer visit requirements
About you
- Minimum SMA/SMK in Electrical Engineering or Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Understanding of IoT, GPS Sensor, vehicle electrical systems, and GPS firmware updates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess coaching, influencing, decision making, execution, and continuous improvement capabilities
