What they need
Applicants MUST with at least 2 years above of experience and familiar with the technical of repairing/servicing of brand Ricoh, Fuji Xerox and HP.
Strong technical aptitude and hands-on skills in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
Posses good working attitude, communication and adaptability.
Posses own transport & willing to travel for work.
Preferably with IT background with experience in related field.
Perform on-site service and technical support for copier/plotter/printer, provide effective solutions, and complete the dispatched tasks on time.
Educate customers on operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations.
