Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support at customer premises, including diagnosis and rectification of faults.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues across both hardware and software components.
• Perform corrective maintenance and restore equipment to agreed service standards.
• Set up newly installed units on-site, including basic configuration and user-ready activation (e.g., printing and scan-to destinations).
• Record and update completed service jobs promptly in the service management system.
• Track and reconcile parts consumption and usage updates in the internal system.
• Support service administration tasks such as report updates, arranging parts, and coordinating basic service documentation.
• Collect required items during service visits where applicable (e.g., acknowledgements or payments), following internal procedures.
• Escalate complex cases with clear findings, logs, and next-step recommendations.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification (relevant technical disciplines preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience servicing office equipment, with hands-on troubleshooting exposure.
• Strong practical knowledge in equipment fault diagnosis and repair, including basic IT/software support.
• Comfortable working independently on-site, with good judgement on when to escalate issues.
• Customer-service oriented, organised, and detail-focused in documentation and follow-through.
