TECHNICIAN - Crane Mechanical Phase

1. Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of EOT and overhead cranes in the steel plant.
2. Inspect crane mechanical components for wear, damage, abnormal noise, vibration, overheating and misalignment.
3. Carry out maintenance and repair of hoisting, cross-travel and long-travel mechanisms.
4. Inspect and maintain gearboxes, couplings, brakes, bearings, wheels, shafts, wire ropes, drums, sheaves and hooks.
