- Perform hands-on technical works, installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance as required.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, technicians, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and installation plans to support site execution.
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and testing of materials, equipment, and systems on site.
- Identify site issues and provide technical solutions to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding site progress and technical matters.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project tracking.
- Monitor tools, equipment, and materials usage to ensure proper control and availability.
- Support final inspections, testing, defect rectification, and project handover activities.
