Technician d architecture / Packaging Leader

Your role: As an Architecture Technician / Packaging Leader, you will ensure the technical consistency of the vehicle architecture and manage implementation activities to guarantee the achievement of quality, cost, time, and industrial feasibility objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for: Leading architecture studies and implementation summaries of the various vehicle components. Facilitating technical meetings and coordinating the different disciplines involved in the project. Monitoring project milestones (SODs) and ensuring adherence to the schedule. Identifying technical constraints, proposing solutions, and supporting teams in finding solutions. Preparing project reports, meeting minutes, summaries, and lessons learned (RETEX). Verifying the consistency of technical data in Stellantis' internal tools (PLM, DocInfo, 3DCom, CATIA V6, etc.). Collaborating with the design, process, service, homologation, and industrialization teams. Contributing to the continuous improvement of vehicle architecture methods and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Your profile: Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in vehicle architecture or automotive packaging. Proficiency in CATIA V6, PLM, 3DCom, CV5, and CV6. Good understanding of vehicle body shape areas: front, rear, roof, cockpit, side, and interior. Knowledge of vehicle development and industrialization processes. Ability to create and interpret 3D models. Excellent meeting facilitation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Good level of English communication.
