Technician [Debug/Test]

Test Technician

• Responsible for handling ICT/FCT test failures during production and ensuring quick line changeovers
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly calibration, maintenance, and repair of production test equipment
• Optimize ICT test programs to reduce downtime
• Analyze ICT/FCT test failures and document findings in test analysis reports
• Prepare and maintain ICT/FCT test work instructions (WI)
• Maintain proper 5S and ESD practices; ensure separation of RoHS and non-RoHS tools

Debug Technician

• Perform FCT & ICT testing on PCBA’s & HLA products according to customer test requirements.
• Support of set-up FCT tester for new products.
• Understand of basic test equipment used such as Keysight DMM meter, power supply unit, LAN routers and etc.
• Collaborates with Test Engineers and production for FCT test findings, failures & RCA analysis.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting of PCBA’s and circuits failures.
• Able to read FCT tester log files and understand test log files.

Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of work experience in electronic companies or EMS companies.
• Familiar with ISO quality system and relevant IPC standards.
• Possess engineering thinking and logical mind.
• Familiar with Viscom AOI and Ersa Reflow.
