What they need
A Real Estate group is looking for a **Senior Technician / Technician (E&M)**to join their Property Management team with supporting their residential and commercial portfolio.
Requirements:
Form 5 in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experinece with Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing, including maintenance and renovations works wtih commercial and residential properties.
Provide E&M installation works for BMS, HVAC, FS and Electrical systems.
Holder of REW A0 license or above.
