• Verify the production plan and ensure that ongoing production activities are aligned with the scheduled plan
• Ensure that all machines are operating within the defined cycle times and correct any deviations immediately
• Ensure the dosing ingredients are running as per production order.
• Ensure the machine and area around in ideal conditions.
• Verify that the previous days production reports are completed accurately and reflect all downtimes transparently
• Ensure that 5S standards are consistently implemented and sustained on shopfloor.
• Verify the production report and unplanned downtimes.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure safety at workplace.
• Ensure that team is working with all safety precautions under HSE rules.
• Ensure the CTO waste bookings are on time.
• Ensure the cavities are running as per standard production.
• Manpower planning.

Qualification Experience:

• Diploma / CIPET background preferred.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in EBM. Good knowledge of Operational Excellence will be an advantage

• Knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
