Technician - Electrical

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in installation and maintenance of electrical equipment that are used for transmission of electrical power.
• Assist in ensuring that all renovation & repairing works are carried out in accordance with prescribed building rules and regulations while maintaining good customer relationship related to day-to-day operations of the building operations.
• Carry out daily basic checks on all main and sub electrical & wiring works to ensure building is in good condition.
• Test, maintain and repair all emergency electrical equipment.
• Perform corrective & preventive planned maintenance tasks as instructed by superiors.
• Responsible for all general electrical maintenance and repair of electrical problems throughout the company’s property.
• Basic inspection and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning units and report defects beyond basic repair for specialist contractors when required.
• Communicate well among tenant, teammates, suppliers & contractors.
• Ensure contractor do their job efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly report.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly schedule of preventive maintenance.
• To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

Job Competence Profile:

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Possess at least a certificate in electrical /related technical field with basic air-cond maintenance skills from recognized institution.
• Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
• Willing to work shift or long hours to suit the building operational needs.
