What they need

- Perform product costing analysis and support cost production activities
- Understand and support Fct Proces and test troubleshooting
- Support NPI activities
- Conduct proces improvement to improve productivity
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with customer regarding technical issue
Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production equipment.
Familiarity with PLC programming or automation systems (preferred for electrical/automation tracks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for business communication and reporting.
