Technician (Facilities Department, C&B Team)

Major Duties

To handle routine repair and maintenance work assigned by the supervisor, including masonry, carpentry, painting, and metalwork. Occasionally responsible for physically demanding sanitation and maintenance tasks, such as garbage clearance, drain unblocking, and sewage treatment.

Recruitment Requirements

1. Possess Class 1 and Class 2 driving licenses.
2. Work skills in masonry, painting, carpentry, and general facility repair and maintenance.
3. Occasionally required to handle physically demanding sanitation and maintenance tasks, such as clearing garbage, unblocking drains, and sewage treatment.
4. Able to handle general minor maintenance work independently.
5. Occasionally required to perform physical labor work.
6. Experience in general property maintenance.
7. Basic knowledge of computer skills and data entry / word processing.
