Performs maintenance or ensures maintenance of:

• Buildings, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, etc. as well as other installations

• Firefighting and fire prevention equipment

• Security camera systems
  in accordance with technical specifications, compliance standards and government regulations

• Ensures the water and electricity supply of the property

• Prepares and archives documents for archiving

• Documented maintenance carried out according to the maintenance plan

• Carries out removals and conversions

• Inspects meeting rooms with regard to furniture and ensures the specified condition in cooperation with IT

• Collects, documents and reports consumption data

• Supports internal and external audits

• Creates purchase requisitions and records the receipt of goods for services

• Level of Education : University Degree

• **Branch of study :**Electrical - Mechanical - Mechatronics or similar

• IT: Microsoft Office

• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result-orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork

• Professional competences: Equipment Maintenance /Preventative and Predictive Maintenance /Equipment Repair /Machine Operations /Machine Tools/Maintenance of electrical control panels and/or preparation
