Technician (Forklift)

Job Summary

The Forklift Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing forklift trucks and other material handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The technician may work in a shop or travel to customer sites, providing timely and reliable service while minimizing equipment downtime.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess Automotive Technology related education, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply; experience in automotive is an advantage.
• Trainable and willing to work under minimal supervision.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as Forklift Technician for Team Leader position.
• Willing to do field works related to the job.
• NC II certification- preferred but not required.
• Preferably with Driver's License
