Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fresher Electrical Technician to join our installation team. In this role, you will work alongside senior technicians to install, test, and maintain electrical components within fire fighting, fire alarm, and protection systems.
This is an entry-level position open to fresh graduates eager to build a career in the life safety industry. Candidates from Tamil Nadu, India, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in the installation, wiring, and testing of fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, pull stations, and emergency lighting systems.
• Lay conduit, pull cables, and complete basic electrical terminations according to fire safety codes and project blueprints.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on electrical fire protection equipment.
• Assist in site preparation, tool setup, and material handling.
• Strictly adhere to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines at all job sites.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and document daily tasks as requested by the site supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical trade.
• Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year of technical experience or trade apprenticeship).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Tamil (preferred for team coordination); basic communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, multimeter operation, and safety practices.
• Attributes: Strong willingness to learn, physically fit for field/site work, and a cooperative team player.
