Technician (HVAC and Plumbing)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Project Execution & Technical Services

·      Perform installation services for ZIP, Oasis and other applicable hydration solutions brands within target project calendar.  This includes:

o   Mechanical and water piping review

o   Hydration products installation

o   Filter replacement

o   Sanitation

o   Trouble shooting and repairs

• Perform preventive maintenance to keep hydration systems safe and efficient.

Electrical & Mechanical Works

• Execute electrical works needed for hydration system installations including wiring, panel connections, and system integration.
• Perform piping, tubing, and basic civil works related to water system installation.
• Conduct mechanical works such as mounting equipment, pump installation, ventilation, and support structures.
• Work safely at heights and follow proper scaffolding procedures when required.

Quality Assurance & Testing

·         Perform testing and commissioning and other Quality Assurance tests

·         Ensure project completion, acceptation and turnover to customers of all services contracts and job orders related with projects execution

• Check that water systems meet required filtration and product operating standards.
• Ensure that project executions meet company standards, safety rules, and customer requirements before handover.

Sales & Customer Support

• Assist sales team with:

  • Product mock-ups and demos (hydration systems)
  • Technical presentations and consultations

• Conduct site inspections to assess customer requirements (water source, pressure, layout, electrical capacity).

• Recommend appropriate hydration solutions based on site conditions.

Internal Maintenance Support

• Perform facility maintenance such as electrical repairs, lighting, plumbing, and water system upkeep.
• Ensure company office and warehouse hydration systems are working properly.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
