Technician Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Installation Technician Interns to support the installation team in assembling and installing modular wardrobes, furniture, and interior products at customer locations. The intern will receive practical, on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in installing modular wardrobes, furniture, and interior products.
• Support furniture assembly, fitting, drilling, and alignment activities.
• Learn to use hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Assist in taking measurements and understanding installation drawings.
• Help in loading, unloading, and arranging installation materials and accessories.
• Visit customer sites along with the installation team.
• Check the quality, alignment, and finishing of installed products.
• Follow safety procedures while handling tools and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization at customer locations.
• Report installation issues, material shortages, and damages to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with senior technicians and the service team to complete assigned tasks.
• Learn professional customer interaction and installation service standards.

Required Skills

• ITI qualification or technical education in a relevant trade.
• Interest in furniture installation, carpentry, modular wardrobes, and interior work.
• Basic knowledge of measurements and tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work at customer locations.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required for installation assignments.
