Technician / Inventory Agent - E-Waste

Job Responsibilities:

• Test a wide range of incoming products, including computers, networking equipment, consumer electronics, peripherals, and other equipment, to verify functionality and identify any defects or issues.
• Accurately document product information, including manufacturer, model, specifications, serial numbers, and overall condition.
• Serialize and label inventory to ensure each unit can be properly tracked from intake through the sales process.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded inventory and assist with researching and resolving those discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized and efficient testing, staging, and inventory area.
• Follow established testing and inventory procedures while maintaining accuracy and productivity in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when entering product and inventory information.
• Comfortable handling a variety of electronics and equipment and willing to learn how to test unfamiliar products.
• Ability to stay organized and efficiently process a high volume of inventory.
• Ability to identify and document product defects or issues accurately.
• Previous experience with electronics testing, warehouse operations, inventory management, e-commerce, or eBay is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to safely handle and move a variety of electronic equipment and inventory.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
