Role Description As a Technician iPhone at PT. iColor Digital Indonesia, you will perform diagnostic checks, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and carry out repair and replacement of iPhone components. You will interact directly with customers, explain findings and repair options, and provide clear guidance on device care and maintenance. The role includes maintaining accurate service records, following established repair procedures, and ensuring that all parts and tools are used safely and efficiently. This is a contract, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, requiring regular collaboration with branch team members and adherence to company service standards.
