Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Support production to minimize machine downtime.
• Perform machine inspection, servicing and minor repair works.
• Assist with facility maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and related systems when required.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and report equipment abnormalities.
• Support machine setup, adjustment and troubleshooting activities.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing maintenance, facility maintenance or injection moulding machines are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
