Technician manager

About the role

Supervise and manage the daily activities of the technical team, ensuring proper installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment while coordinating with Sales and other departments regarding technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the technical team
• Assign and monitor technicians' work schedules and service requests
• Ensure proper installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
• Monitor the quality and timely completion of technical services
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments regarding technical requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
• Prepare and monitor service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documents
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Handle technical concerns and provide appropriate solutions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in technical operations or supervisory/management role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Experience in medical equipment, biomedical equipment, or a related industry is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple technical tasks and projects
