ITI Technician (MMV) / B.Tech/ Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering Freshers who are eager to build their careers in the automobile service industry. If you are passionate about automobiles, enjoy interacting with customers, and are willing to learn service operations, we invite you to join our team.

Experience: 0-3 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain service records and documentation accurately.
• Ensure all service processes are followed as per company standards.
• Support daily service center operations and meet organizational requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Assist in planning and monitoring service activities.
• Maintain proper communication between the service team and customers.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong customer handling and communication abilities.
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• ITI/ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automobile service operations will be an added advantage.
