Technician, Network Operations Center

The Network Operations Center Technician will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and systems of the organization. They will work closely with other NOC professionals to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The NOC Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

• Monitor network and systems to ensure they are running smoothly
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
• Work closely with other NOC technicians to ensure that all systems are running efficiently.
• Document and troubleshoot all network and system issues, and resolutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network and system administration
