Technician - Precision Assembly

A Precision Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in manufacturing Mass Flow Controllers, ensuring that complex components or products are assembled with a high degree of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Understanding assembly instructions, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the correct assembly process.
• Precision Assembly: Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to assemble parts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quality Control: Inspecting and testing assemblies to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of production processes, including any issues encountered and the steps taken to resolve them.
• Maintenance: Keeping assembly tools and equipment in good working condition and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as engineering and quality assurance, to optimize assembly processes and product quality.

Requirements:

• Education: Typically requires a ITE, diploma or equivalent. ITE training in mechanical or electronics assembly is advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions. Good English Communication skills and computer skills would be an added advantage.
• Experience: 3-4 years of relative work experience,
