Technician - Production

Job Description :

1. To supervise a group of operators to meet daily output, quality and delivery targets.
2. To plan and assign operators to respective task with minimum headcount.
3. To assist Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor to request direct and indirect materials and to transfer finished goods to store.
4. To improve the yield quality and productivity and accountability.
5. Ensure that approved procedures are implemented and that all staffs adhere to these procedures compline SOP standard.
6. Ensure that operators under supervision are adequately trained and qualified to perform their duties.
7. Ensure good housekeeping in work areas.
8. Keep Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor informed of any potential problems two-way communication.
9. Change over process as setup mold, plug, change date code, pressure / cooling box setup, punching process setup, which need skill knowledge to handle.
10. To support production process Pressure forming, Geiss forming, CNC trimming and assembly work.
11. Update ISO 9001 checklist for forming, punching, inspection, packing and reporting.
12. Capable to perform continue improvement for Forming, Punching and Trimming.

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum qualification for this position is Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
2. Understand / able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Have working experience at industrial field at least a year.
4. Able to manage operator, line leader.
5. Able to operate machine forming Pressure forming, Geiss, CNC Trimming Geiss and assembly works.
