Position: Production Technician (Assembly) – Fresh Graduates Welcome!

Working Hours

Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts.

AM Shift:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to work instructions.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Conduct product testing and inspections to ensure proper functionality.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Complete assembly, testing, and production records accurately.
• Work closely with engineers and production teams to support daily production activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace in accordance with 7S practices.
• Support installation, maintenance, and process improvement activities when required.

Requirements

• Min Skm level 3 or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates who have completed or are currently completing their internship are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with relevant technical, assembly, or manufacturing experience will have an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
• Comfortable working on rotating shifts.
