Position Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Technician to perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with manufacturer standards and company procedures. The successful candidate will ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work according to job orders and manufacturer guidelines.
• Carry out minor rectification work and identify additional repair requirements during servicing.
• Notify the Service Advisor of any additional repairs required.
• Handle customer vehicles with care and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Use workshop equipment and special tools correctly while maintaining them in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workshop and work area.
• Update the Technical Advisor or Job Controller upon completion of repair work.
• Protect customer vehicles using appropriate protective covers during servicing.
• Return replaced parts to customers where required.
• Participate in technical training and continuously improve automotive knowledge and skills.
• Assist in guiding and training helpers or junior technicians when assigned.
• Comply with company policies, manufacturer standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Service Manager or Branch Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with automotive workshop experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to use automotive tools and workshop equipment safely.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence.

Salary

RM1,800 – RM2,300 (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives
Our package includes:

• Basic Salary
• Monthly Performance Incentive
• Target Incentive

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
