Technician QA

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Age: 21–30 years old.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of quality inspection, measuring instruments, product testing, and troubleshooting quality-related issues.
• Language: Good communication skills in Malay and English.
• Shift Work: Willing to work on shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Other: Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, able to work under pressure, possess good communication and teamwork skills, and able to complete tasks within deadlines.

Job Descripition:

1. Perform daily QA audits and patrol inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.

2. Conduct daily visual inspections and particle monitoring to identify potential quality issues.

3. Inspect the appearance of NG (Non-Good) units identified by the AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) system.

4. Perform daily verification of dummy unit insulation inspections to ensure compliance with specified requirements and sampling quantities.

5. Conduct monthly dummy unit insulation inspection verification according to the designated machine and product requirements.

6. Verify particle samples from the curing and oven degas processes once every three (3) months to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

7. Verify machine settings daily following specification changes to ensure the correct parameters are applied.

8. Perform particle-related QIP (Quality Improvement Project) activities, including sample collection, testing, inspection, and verification, according to the assigned activities and schedules.

9. Record inspection results, maintain relevant quality documentation, and report any abnormalities or non-conformities to the relevant personnel.

10. Support quality improvement activities and ensure inspection procedures are carried out in accordance with established quality standards and requirements.
