Technician – Semiconductor Manufacturing (EOL/FOL/Test/Underfill/WB)

Job Summary

Responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing equipment in EOL processes, including Die & Wafer Level Testing, Underfill, PCB Mounter, Dispensing/Asymtek, and Wire Bonding.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic equipment adjustments.
• Support production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Identify equipment abnormalities and assist in resolving technical issues.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with process specifications.
• Support engineering trials, equipment improvement, and process optimization.
• Maintain equipment records and follow safety and housekeeping requirements.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
• EOL – Die & Wafer Level Testing
• Underfill
• PCB Mounter
• Dispensing / Asymtek
• Wire Bonding
• Good troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
