Technician / Senior Technician (R&D)

We’re looking for Technician at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Technician, you will:

• Perform PCB soldering, rework, and minor prototype assembly
• Maintain laboratory tools, instruments, and test equipment in good working condition
• Responsible for managing engineering samples, including inventory control, labeling, tracking, and traceability
• Support equipment asset calibration, tracking and inventory management
• Laboratory housekeeping tasks, Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
• Conduct basic application-level tests, and record test results accurately

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in soldering, PCB assembly, component replacement, and rework.

• Experience in laboratory support environments is preferred.

• Proficient in soldering, PCB assembly, component replacement, and rework activities.

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and their classification.

• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and digital multimeters.

• Able to maintain a well-organized sample storage and management system to ensure samples are properly stored and easily retrievable.

• Good documentation, record-keeping, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
