Full Job Description

· Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites.

· Diagnose issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and repair or replace defective parts.

· Explain issues, repairs, and maintenance procedures clearly and professionally to customers.

· Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies.

· Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and hours worked.

· Provide on-site customer support and serve as a point of contact for technical issues.

· Keep up to date with new products, industry trends, and technological advancements.

· Follow all company safety guidelines and work regulations.

· Work collaboratively with technicians and other teams to deliver high-quality service.

· Be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment or parts when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or an associate’s degree in a relevant field (such as electrical or mechanical engineering) is preferred.

· Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role.

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.

· Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

· Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices.

· Good communication skills in Malay and English.

· Physically able to lift and carry heavy items as part of the job.

Working Hours

· Monday to Friday: (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m)

· Alternate Saturdays: (9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: Kota Kemuning, Seksyen 31
