職責:
- 為服務使用者提供「一線通平安鐘™」現場或電話安裝、維修服務及支援等
- 關懷長者；了解服務使用者或家人需要，協助使用者認識協會或其他有關服務
- 執行其他委派工作
要求:
- 一年或以上工作經驗，具電訊網絡技術或相關客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
- 中五程度或以上；懂中英文電腦文書操作，及中英文輸入法
- 具良好人際關係、團隊合作精神及溝通技巧
- 關懷長者、有責任感，能獨立工作及面對挑戰
- 每週工作5天(星期一至六)，上午9時至下午6時(包括1小時有薪用膳時間)，輪休
- 工作地點: 港九新界
