Technician (Urgently Required!!)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance & Facilities Management

· Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems and common areas.

· Attend to and follow up on maintenance issues, breakdowns, and defects for common area and all subsidiary companies

· Assisting in monitoring and supervising job on maintenance and repair works which are carried out by contractor

· Supervise maintenance of M&E systems, including electrical, plumbing, lifts, fire protection

· Monitor maintenance activities in parking areas, barriers, signage, and other infrastructure.

Utilities Management

· Take, record, and monitor monthly electricity and water meter readings.

· Track utilities consumption, identify abnormal usage, and report findings to management.

· Coordinate utilities-related issues with service providers and management.

· Maintain utilities records and reports.

Vacant Possession & Unit Inspection

· Handle vacant possession (VP) processes and inspections.

· Conduct unit inspections during move-in and move-out.

· Record unit conditions, defects, and damages for handover and reinstatement purposes.

· Ensure compliance with house rules, policies and operational procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess minimum SPM/Certificate in electrical engineering/Civil or equivalent and with minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical and civil work

· Have experience within the environment of Commercial with good knowledge of overall electrical system

· Possess good communication and skill and able to meet deadlines

· Able to work on-call basis when necessary

· Possess own transport

· Able to start work immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
