What they need
- Diagnose & inspect customer vehicles and make an initial assessment and have extensive knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles such as coding, wiring and overhaul.
- Maintain vehicles according to vehicle specifications and maintenance schedules and customer requests.
- Repair, install and replace damaged vehicle parts.
- Ensure that vehicles that are ready to be repaired are in good condition as before the repair work.
- Control the process of entering, parking vehicles that are to be repaired and have been repaired around the workshop area.
- Ensure that the work area is free from things that can lead to accidents.
- Provide information to technicians to repair vehicles according to customer needs.
- Check the quality of repaired vehicles before distributing them to customers.
