Technician/Driver

Sports Resources, Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Technician/Driver to provide temporary support to our After-Sales Service team for a period of three (3) months. The successful candidate will assist in handling customer concerns, product returns, warranty claims, and service requests to ensure timely and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and assist in resolving customer inquiries and product concerns.
• Process and coordinate product returns, replacements, warranty claims, and service requests.
• Monitor pending service cases and provide timely updates to customers.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of returned, defective, and refurbished products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions, customer complaints, and warranty claims.
• Assist in inspecting, testing, and refurbishing returned or defective products.
• Identify product defects and report technical issues requiring further repair.
• Ensure refurbished products meet applicable quality and functionality standards.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area for product inspection and refurbishment.
• Perform driving duties for service-related activities as needed.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate; relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Able to drive both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles.
• Background or knowledge in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, responsible, and dependable.
• Willing and available to work under a three-month seasonal employment arrangement.
