About the Role

Marion Eye Centers is seeking a dependable and patient-focused team member to support both front desk operations and clinical care. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in/out, and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments
• Answer phones and assist with general office tasks
• Obtain patient histories and prepare patients for exams
• Perform basic eye testing (training provided)
• Assist doctors with exams and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and support patient flow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Medical or ophthalmic experience preferred (not required)
• Willingness to learn clinical skills
