Technicians (CNC/ Secondary)

Multiple Positions Available

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and surface finishing equipment (polishing, deburring, electropolishing, passivation).

• Perform TIG welding and basic fabrication for small precision parts.

• Load raw materials, unload finished parts, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and offsets.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.

• Conduct in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and precision instruments.

• Troubleshoot minor equipment or quality issues and maintain production documentation.

• Follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and maintain a 5S-compliant workspace.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• SPM, ITI, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Proven experience in operating CNC machines or performing surface finishing, polishing, and TIG welding within a precision engineering environment.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical schematics, and work instructions.

• Hands-on knowledge of precision measuring instruments and quality control inspection techniques.

• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently.
