🚀 WE’RE HIRING: TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

📍 Klaipėda, Lithuania | Full-time

Do you have hands-on welding experience and the ability to lead a team? Put your technical expertise to work in project management at SFSolution.

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who understands welding operations, can coordinate teams and enjoys solving practical challenges. Alongside managing projects from our Klaipėda office, you’ll visit project sites when needed, support new project launches and assess welding skills at our Training and Competence Centre.

💼 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise and coordinate teams across projects.

• Build teams based on project requirements and employees’ skills.

• Plan workforce allocation and rotations.

• Monitor and control project costs and profitability.

• Resolve technical and organisational issues.

• Travel to project sites when required and coordinate project launches.

• Assess candidates’ and employees’ practical welding skills.

• Maintain clear communication with employees, clients and internal teams.

🎯 WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on experience as a welder — essential.

• A solid understanding of welding techniques and processes.

• The ability to read technical drawings.

• Strong organisational and team coordination skills.

• English skills sufficient for day-to-day work communication.

• A category B driving licence.

• Willingness to travel to project sites in Lithuania and abroad.

Experience as a team leader, foreman or site supervisor would be an advantage, as would experience in project estimating, assessing work scope and calculating costs. Russian language skills are also a plus.

💶 Salary: €2,000–€3,000 net per month, depending on experience, competencies and skills, plus Bonus
