Job Title: Techno Functional Architect - ServiceNow

KPI Partners is seeking a skilled Techno Functional Architect for our ServiceNow practice to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement ServiceNow configurations and customizations to meet client requirements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Engage in requirement analysis, design, and architecture discussions with clients and project stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions and oversee the development process.
• Perform system integration and ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, ideally in an architect or lead role.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of web services, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects.
